A fresh look for a new business aiming to support women to tune in and flow with the cycles of life.

Background

Flow in Cycle aims to help women reconnect with their body so that they can heal their menstrual cycle and break free from debilitating PMS symptoms.

Annie, the owner behind Flow in Cycle wanted to bring her business to life with a new brand, online presence and website.

Challenge

Flow in Cycle consists of courses, online classes, supportive resources, one-on-one support, as well as an online yoga studio.

The challenge here was to reconcile the many moving parts of Flow in Cycle and simplify the message so that new audiences were able to easily understand how Flow in Cycle could help them.

Approach

Annie already had an idea of where she wanted the brand to go.

My role here was to draw out her vision and connect the dots between what she wanted, whilst also creating something that would carry her into the future.
